Bonfire Resources Overview

 

Not sure where to look for help or where to start? This article will help you find all the tools needed to fuel your inner digital procurement fire! 

 

Within a Bonfire Portal

These are the help resources available within your Bonfire Portal (once logged in):

Help Center Widget - This widget gives users the ability to search for articles in our Purchaser (Buyer) Knowledge Base and/or the Vendor Knowledge Base. As well, the widget holds a section for our Training Program which allows users to browse through Bonfire's available webinars and register - for free! Finally within the widget is a Product Feedback option that provides users the option to sign up to test new features and offer valuable feedback to Bonfire through surveys that are sent ~ 1 to 2 times a month.

Bonfire Academy via the "Learn" button - This option can be found in the upper right hand corner once logged into a portal. Bonfire Academy is our online learning management system where users can take, and re-take, courses on everything that Bonfire has to offer! Choose between a Learning Path (a curated set of courses that follow a specific order to maximize learning on a topic), or individual courses. 

NOTE: Users must be logged into a Bonfire Portal to access the Bonfire Academy.

 

On a Bonfire Portal page

Forgot Your Password - Having trouble logging in? Don't fret! Use our Forgot Your Password feature to have a password reset link sent to your registered email address. Remember to ensure a strong password is created. See our helpful article on creating a strong password.

Contact Bonfire Support & Technical Support - Both of these options direct users to a new page in their browser to complete an online form request for assistance that is immediately sent to our Bonfire Support Team. Our Bonfire Support Team is available Monday - Friday from 8am - 8pm ET.

 

Outside of Bonfire 

Even if you are not logged into a Bonfire portal, you are still able to access resources for assistance! The following are the various ways to obtain support outside of a Bonfire portal:

 

Bonfire Training Page (Webinars)

  • Bookmark the following page in your browser for quick access: gobonfire.com/training
  • Our Bonfire Training Page allows users to explore all webinars that we currently have available and they are 100% FREE!
  • Various webinars created for all skill levels (new or power users)and for all types of users in Bonfire - evaluators, buyers, vendors, etc.
  • These webinars are designed to boost product knowledge in order to enhance the Bonfire experience.
  • Once on the Training Page, find the webinar(s) that you would like to attend and select "Register Now". This will give you the option to choose a date and time for that webinar that best suits your schedule.

NOTE: Bonfire’s training program is offered to Bonfire clients. We encourage you to sign up for these training sessions using your work email (i.e., organization domain included). Any user with registration information that is not recognizable in our database will be unregistered.

 

Article Knowledge Base

  • Bookmark the following page in your browser for quick access: https://support.gobonfire.com/hc/en-us 
  • Bonfire provides three separate libraries full of articles relevant to your role in procurement: Vendors, Procurement Professionals, or Evaluators.
  • Use the search bar provided to quickly locate articles that match your search terms, or browse through the different sections of articles.
