Help! I'm locked out of my account.

An account will become locked after 50 consecutive failed login attempts. From that point, you must reset your password in order to unlock your account and successfully log in. 

Once locked out, you will be redirected to the login page. Use the 'Forgot your password' link to unlock your account.


This link will generate an encrypted email with a unique URL that you'll need access to reset your password and subsequently unlock the account.
