In order to export a list of the vendors that have submitted a proposal to your Project, along with their contact information, view the Project and scroll to the bottom of the page to the Reports heading. Expand the reports.
On the left-hand side under Reports exported to Microsoft Word, you'll see one called "Submissions: List of the Vendors (Email, Name, Confirmation Codes) that submitted for this project.":
Select this Report and click Download. This will generate a Word document containing the requested information.
