The Declarations module allows you to collect Conflict of Interest (COI) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) signatures from your evaluators, advisors, and observers on your COI form.
To preview the language of the Declaration, simply click on the Preview Declarations button.
When you click on the Preview Declarations button, a preview box will pop open which will allow you to review the language of the Declaration.
