Issuing an Addendum - Public Notice

A project may require a change while the project is still in the open stage (accepting submissions) which would impact your vendors and their submission.

In this article, we will take a look at the process for issuing an addendum and also for notifying the vendors impacted by the change.

First, click the Messages section in the left sidebar, then select the Public Notices button and then Create a new Public Notice:

Click on Create a new Public Notice and you will see the following:

A Subject and Message field will populate for you to fill out with the required information for your Vendors. As you can see, you will then want to select the Attach File button and attach your addendum document.

Once you've completed the text fields and attached your document, press the Send button and this will post on the opportunity page, upload your document as a Public File, as well as notify your Vendors who have interacted with the project via e-mail. Once this is complete, you will see your Addendum file appear as a Public File under the Files → Public Files section.

If you wish to change or access this file, navigate to Files in the left sidebar, then click the Public Files subsection. From here you can click on the corresponding Actions button if you wish to Edit/Delete/Download the file in question:

If you are only interested in Downloading the file, you can navigate to the Attached Files from Messages subsection. From here you can click on the corresponding Actions → Download button for the file in question:
