How do I edit Contact Information on an Internal Submission?

If you've created an Internal Submission with incorrect contact information or would like to update the contact after you've clicked to finalize and submit, you can do so by following the below steps.

First, click on Actions to the right of the submission you'd like to update and select Edit:

You'll be taken to your submission receipt for the internal submission. From there, click to "un-submit your submission":

You'll be prompted to make sure you want to un-submit. After, you'll then be back to the submission page where you can click to edit the contact information you provided earlier:

Make any changes, and click Save:

Next, you'll click Submit and Finalize once more and your Internal Submission will be updated:


NOTE: The Project will need to be in the Open or Evaluating stage in order to make these changes.
