How do I edit Contact Information on an Internal Submission?

If you need to edit Contact Information for an Internal Submission, navigate to your project's Submissions page.

From the Submissions page click on Actions -> Edit for the applicable Internal Submission.

You'll be taken to your submission receipt for the Internal Submission. Click on Click here to un-submit your submission

You'll be prompted to confirm if you'd like to un-submit the submission. Click OK

You'll now have access to the Prepare Submission page. Click on Edit Contact Info and populate the applicable fields.

After you have completed editing the applicable fields click Save.

Next, you'll click Submit and Finalize once more and your Internal Submission will be updated:

You will follow the same steps if you have Internal Submissions that are Work-In-Progress Submissions.

NOTE: The Project will need to be in the Open or Evaluating stage in order to make these changes.
