Why is my Pricing Score not working?

The problem

Pricing Criteria score is not being automatically calculated even though prices have been entered. 

The cause

You might have entered a '0' under the Price for one of the vendors, which will return '0' for any scores.

This is because of Bonfire's Pricing Score formula:

Score = (Lowest Cost / Cost Being Evaluated) X Pricing Criteria Weight

A number cannot be divided by 0.

The solution

If that particular vendor is disqualified from the Project and no longer require a pricing score, completely eliminating that vendor will save the need to input a price.

On the other hand, if the vendor's bid truly is $0, try changing their pricing score to $0.01.
