I need to upload a required document but do not see a place to upload it, what do I do?

Problem

The project doesn't have any upload slots under the Requested Information section or looks as if it's missing some upload slots.

Cause

Because the Requested Information for each project differs and is set directly by the bid administrator, the cause for this differs from project to project. This may be because the Requested Information slots weren't set up properly by the purchaser, or because the purchaser wants you to make your submission outside of Bonfire (e.g., delivery of a physical hard copy, electronic submission on another site, etc.)

Solution

Read the tender documents carefully as usually submission instructions are enclosed there. If you require further clarification, we recommend reaching out to the project owner directly as they are the most qualified contact to answer.
