Why am I seeing a message about a security issue when I try to access Bonfire?


When trying to access your organization's Bonfire portal, you receive the following message:



Your user account, IP address, or recent activity has been automatically flagged as potentially suspicious.


Type the phrase into the box as prompted on screen. If you find that there is no text box to fill or no captcha to complete, please try again using a different browser.

If you still receive the message, please wait a few minutes and then try to access your portal again.
