Why am I seeing a message about a security issue when I try to access Bonfire?


When trying to access your organization's Bonfire portal, you receive the following message:



Your user account or IP address has been flagged as potentially harmful.


Type the phrase into the box as prompted on screen. If you find that there is no text box to fill or no phrase, please try again using a different browser.

If you still receive the message, please wait a few minutes and then try to access your portal again.
