Why can't I review the vendor submissions or input any scores?

Problem

The Documents/Data column says Unavailable, or you are an evaluator that cannot score and you don't see a Your Scores section on the project page.

Cause

The project owner has not yet released your Evaluation Group, or assigned you to the correct Evaluation Group(s), or the Evaluation Group you're a part of is not mapped to the correct Requested Information and/or Criteria.

Solution

Because Evaluation Groups and evaluator permissions are set up directly by the purchaser, Bonfire Support cannot provide you with access to score and you must reach out to the project owner.
