Why can't I upload a file for my submission?

When preparing your submission in Bonfire there are a couple of reasons a file might not upload into an upload slot.

Here is a list of important things to keep in mind:

  1. Are you uploading the correct filetype that has been requested by the buyer?
  2. Are you attempting to upload multiple files in a slot that only accepts one file?
  3. When uploading a Questionnaire or BidTable Bonfire will only accept the most up to date filled out vendor response template that you can download from Bonfire. 

Note: At this time Questionnaires and BidTables can only be edited using Microsoft Excel.
Note: Project Owners may choose to update and replace BidTables/Questionnaire templates throughout the life of a project. If so, you will need to re-download these templates as you are only able to upload the most up to date template to Bonfire. Generally, a Public Notice will be sent out to notify vendors of any changes to these templates.
