How do I send a Public Notice to all vendors registered on my portal?

Because Public Notices can only be sent out on a per-project basis, there isn't currently a way to send one out to all vendors registered with your Bonfire portal.

If you need to send an announcement out to all registered vendors, you can:

  1. Go to the Vendors Dashboard page by clicking the Vendors button in the black bar at the top of any Bonfire page.
  2.  icon next to the search bar to export all data visible in the table, including the vendors' contact emails.


  3. Open the export in the appropriate software (e.g., Excel) and copy all email addresses.
  4. Paste the email addresses into your preferred email client (preferably using the BCC field) and send your message.
