Public Notices can only be sent out on a per-project basis, there isn't currently a way to send one out to all vendors registered with your Bonfire portal.
If you would like to email a list of vendors externally, you can leverage the Vendors Module to obtain a list of vendors' contact emails.
- Navigate to the Vendors Dashboard page via the Vendors Module.
- Click on the download icon next to the search bar to export all data visible in the table, including the vendors' contact emails.
- Open the export in the appropriate software (e.g., Excel) and copy all email addresses.
- Paste the email addresses into your preferred email client (preferably using the BCC field) and send your message.
