Because Public Notices can only be sent out on a per-project basis, there isn't currently a way to send one out to all vendors registered with your Bonfire portal.
If you need to send an announcement out to all registered vendors, you can:
- Go to the Vendors Dashboard page by clicking the Vendors button in the black bar at the top of any Bonfire page.
- icon next to the search bar to export all data visible in the table, including the vendors' contact emails.
- Open the export in the appropriate software (e.g., Excel) and copy all email addresses.
- Paste the email addresses into your preferred email client (preferably using the BCC field) and send your message.
