How do I send a Public Notice to all vendors registered on my portal?

Public Notices can only be sent out on a per-project basis, there isn't currently a way to send one out to all vendors registered with your Bonfire portal.

If you would like to email a list of vendors externally, you can leverage the Vendors Module to obtain a list of vendors' contact emails.

  1. Navigate to the Vendors Dashboard page via the Vendors Module.Vendors.png
  2. Click on the download icon next to the search bar to export all data visible in the table, including the vendors' contact emails.

  3. Open the export in the appropriate software (e.g., Excel) and copy all email addresses.
  4. Paste the email addresses into your preferred email client (preferably using the BCC field) and send your message.
