Why am I getting an error message when I log in from a page outside of Bonfire?


Your organization uses single sign-on and when you attempt to sign onto Bonfire from your organization's login page (e.g., Microsoft), you receive an error message that prevents you from being redirected to the Bonfire portal.


Something is wrong with your organization's single sign-on setup or your organization's record of your account (e.g., your email isn't on the list of authorized users).


Because the error message occurs on your organization's login screen and outside of Bonfire, Bonfire Support has no visibility into what might be causing the error. Please reach out to your company's IT department as they will be able to assist you further.
