Why can't I save my Vendor Details during Registration?


When filling out the Account Information for Step 2 of Vendor Registration, the save button remains grey even with all required fields completed.


The cause of this problem is related to following the link from the Confirmation Email. If you have followed the link from your email, depending on your computer's settings, you may not be fully logged in from a security standpoint, and therefore unable to save your changes.


To solve this issue, click Log Out at the top right-hand corner of the screen, then click the Login tab or the Login button and type your email address and password to log into Bonfire. You should then be able to save your work!
