What do I do if Bonfire keeps freezing or crashing?

If you are experiencing freezing/crashing/inconsistent behaviors with Bonfire, we suggest 2 troubleshooting steps. 

The first and most basic recommendation is to give your computer a restart. Often times, intermittent behavior is corrected by starting fresh!

The second recommendation is to use Chrome or Firefox as the browser of choice for accessing Bonfire. While we do our best to ensure compatibility Microsoft Internet Explorer 11, Microsoft has stopped updating IE11 outside of security patches.
