Why can't I see the results to my Vendor Performance Survey?

Scores on a Vendor Performance Survey are tied to the respondents on the survey. If you remove a respondent from a survey after they have submitted their response, their responses will be removed as well.

If you find that you've accidentally deleted a respondent's score, you can restore the score by adding the respondent back to the survey.
