How can I tell if a Bonfire account already exists with my email address?

If you believe you may already have an existing Bonfire account but do not remember for sure, you can check by following these steps:

1. Access the login page for the Bonfire Portal you would like to access. The web address usually has the name of the organization followed by "" or "".

2. From the portal homepage click on the Log in tab and then the Forgot your password? link next to the Log in button.


3. On the reset password page enter your email and click Send Password Reset Link. If the email sends, then your account exists. If the email doesn't send you will receive an error message stating that there is no user at that email address. (Please allow up to 10 minutes for the email to arrive)

NOTE: If you do have an existing account and you think you may remember your password, you do NOT have to reset your password via the link that was emailed to you. If you can access your account without resetting your password then you can ignore the password reset email.


NOTE: Your Bonfire vendor account will give you access to all portals including Canada, the United States, and the EU.
