Can I change the Requested Information Slots once Vendors have submitted?

While Buyers can change Requested Information upload slots after Vendors have submitted, we strongly recommend against doing so. Modifying your Requested Information slots can invalidate your Vendors' submissions, potentially disqualifying them from contention in your opportunity. If a Requested Information document is removed but vendors have uploaded files, this can also result in Orphaned Documents/Data.

If you do choose to modify your Requested Information in the Open Stage, we recommend that you send a Public Notice to advise Vendors know of the change.
