If our company has multiple Bonfire accounts, does each account have to submit?

You will only need one account to make your Intent to Bid and submission. You can submit to a Project more than once, but only one account is necessary unless the Buyer specifies otherwise. The account that submits the Intent to Bid must be the account used to make the actual submission.
