How do I change my password?

NOTE: These steps only apply if you have access to your account. Please see our How do I reset my password? page if you've forgotten your password.  

If you would like to manually change your password, you can do so via the account settings page following the instructions below. Please note that this will affect your login credentials for all portals that you log in to.

1. After logging into your account, click on Settings in the black bar at the top of the pager.

2. Select the Email and Password tab from the left sidebar if you are not automatically directed to it. (Please note that the tabs on the left will vary depending on your user account type.)

3. On the bottom half of the page, you'll see the Change Your Password heading. Underneath, type in your old password and then type in your new password twice. Please note that passwords must be a minimum of 10 characters long and can consist of any combination of letters, numbers, and symbols.

4. Click the Change button. Do note that in order for this button to be clickable, your old password must be correct, your new passwords must match, and you must check off the "I'm not a robot" captcha for security purposes.
