Why can't I download the documents I uploaded for my Submission?


You wish to retrieve the documents you submitted under your proposal but you do not see the option under your submission receipt:



You will only be able to download and view your submission documents while a Project is in the Open Stage, in case you need to make any edits to your Submission. Once the Project closes, you will no longer be able to download or view any documents.


As the Submission is technically owned by the Buying Organization once the Project closes, Bonfire does not have the ability to retrieve these documents. We recommend reaching out to the Project Owner directly as they would be the only one that can provide you with them. See How to contact the Project Owner
