Why am I receiving a "syntax error" message?


When attempting to register your Bonfire account or reset your password, you receive a "SyntaxError" message:



1. You are using an outdated browser.

2. The email client you're using has its own browser which opens up when you click the registration or password reset link, and that browser is incompatible with Bonfire.


Try manually opening up another browser (see our Minimum System Requirements page for a list of compatible browsers), then copying and pasting the link into that browser window by right-clicking the link in the email, selecting Copy, and then right-clicking and selecting Paste in the URL bar of the browser:
