Why can't I see a Download button for the files associated with the opportunity?

Problem

You are able to view the Supporting Documents for a certain opportunity, however there is no option to Download them.

Cause

You might not yet be signed into your Bonfire account:

Solution

Simply click on the LOG IN /REGISTER button and either sign in if you have an existing Bonfire account, or register for a new account if you don't. For more information on registering an account, see our Vendor Registration page.
