While we do not recommend changing your BidTable once a Project has opened, it is possible to make edits.
Changing a BidTable after Vendors have downloaded the template will result in that template being invalidated. Only the current version of the BidTable template will be accepted by the Bonfire system. This is because any edits made will change a code in the backend of the BidTable, which will result in the system being unable to recognize any previous versions of the template.
If there are no submissions and you must change your BidTable, we strongly recommend sending a Public Notice to let your vendors know that they will need to download a new version of the BidTable template.
