Why is Consensus Scoring not working?

If Consensus Scoring is not working on your project, it is likely that it is not turned on for the Project. 

To turn on Consensus Scoring in your project, navigate to the Details page, click on Actions, then Edit Project.


In the Edit Project modal, select the Configurations dropdown and check the Consensus Scoring feature. Then, click Save Project at the bottom of the screen. 


Once complete, Consensus Scoring will be active on your Score Card.

Please note: Consensus Scoring is a feature that will need to be enabled on your portal. In order to get this enabled on your Portal, please reach out to your Client Success Representative.
