Why is Consensus Scoring not working?

If Consensus Scoring is not working on your project, it is likely that it is not turned on for the Project. 

To turn on Consensus Scoring in your project, navigate to the Project Details tab, click on Actions, and Edit Project.

On the menu that pops up, you'll need to check off the Consensus Scoring feature and hit Save at the top of the pop-up. 


Once the previous step is complete, Consensus Scoring will be active on your Score Card.

Please note: Consensus Scoring is a Paid Feature. In order to get it enabled on your Portal, please reach out to your Org Admin who will need to work with your CSM.
