If you require a full record of all submissions a vendor has ever made to your organization, you can do so through their Vendor Record.
To accomplish this:
- Click Vendors in the bar at the top of the page:
2. Click on the Vendors Records section and choose the vendor for whom you wish to view the information:
3. Here you will be able to view their Profile Information as well as the projects they submitted for and if they were awarded under the Projects Section. If you wish to retrieve and download this information click on the download icon next to the search bar:
This will download an Excel sheet containing all the Projects they have submitted for including the Reference #, Project Name, Description, and if the project was awarded.
