How do I discontinue my Premium Vendor Support subscription? 

If you no longer wish to subscribe to Premium Vendor Support, you can easily cancel your Auto-Renew by logging into the Premium Vendor Portal, selecting Account Settings located at the top of the screen, then click on Billing & Subscriptions on the left of the screen then click Stop Auto Renew.

While we do not offer refunds, please note that you will have full access to Premium Vendor Support features and benefits until the end date of your service term.
